When do I sign up?+
You can sign up any time of year. We'll schedule your first visit for the next appropriate season — if you sign up in fall, we start with winterization. Spring signups begin with startup.
Is the backflow test included in all plans?+
Backflow testing is included in the Standard and Premium plans. Basic plan customers can add it for $95. All plans include us filing the paperwork with your water utility.
What if my system needs repairs during the year?+
Standard and Basic plan members pay our normal labor rates for repairs. Premium plan members receive 15% off all repair labor and parts throughout the entire year. All plan members get priority scheduling for repairs.
How many zones does the plan cover?+
All plans cover systems up to 8 zones. Each additional zone is $15/year added to the plan price. Most NWA residential systems run 4–10 zones.
Can I cancel mid-year?+
Plans are annual. If you cancel after services have been performed, we'll prorate the refund based on services not yet delivered. We keep it fair — no fine print games.
Do you call me to schedule or do I have to remember?+
We call you. That's the whole point — we track your plan, reach out when it's time for your next service, and get it scheduled. You don't have to do a thing except answer the phone.
