The Process

What happens during
a backflow test.

We schedule & arrive

Usually within the same week. We bring all certified test equipment required by your water utility.

Test the assembly

We test your backflow preventer (RPZ or DC valve) to confirm it's operating within required pressure specifications.

Repair if needed

If the assembly fails, we repair or replace it on the spot or schedule a fast return visit — no going back and forth.

File with your city

We submit all required documentation and test results directly to your water utility. You receive a copy for your records.

You're done for the year

That's it. We'll reach out again next year when it's time. You don't have to remember a thing.
